Just Out Magazine picked my new record “Tramp Stamps and Birthmarks” as #4 on their Top 5 Portland Albums of 2012 list! On stands now in the January 2013 issue, or check out the online version HERE.
Here’s what they had to say:
4. Logan Lynn – Tramp Stamps & Birthmarks His danceable beats with upbeat tunes have landed him praise such as “the new Golden boy of electro-pop.” To me, the darker lyrics behind these quality gay club anthems give dance floor debauchery a message and meaning.
Hey folks! With my new record just releasing this past week we are once again shifting focus to music videos. I will be releasing videos for Everything You Touch Turns To Gold and Radio Silent over the coming months, but first up is the video for Hologram! Production on this has already started in Seattle with Directors Adrian Sotomayor and Aaron Bear (as well as my 3 male lead co-stars), but we are going to shoot a few performance scenes here in Portland and are looking to cast a local PDX crowd for those shots.
The Portland shoot is on Sunday, December 16th, from 6:00pm-7:30pm at a venue location on North Mississippi Ave. All you will need to do is come dressed like you are going out on the town, then have some fun while we film you in the crowd. Free food, wine and beer will be provided during the shoot. If you are interested, please send an email (with a current photo attached) to Info@LoganLynnMusic.com and the casting director will reply with all the shoot specifics and location info.
This is going to be sooooo much fun! To get a feel for what kinds of videos I’ve released in the past, click HERE.
Listen to Hologram (the song we are making this video for) here now:
We leaked another track from my new record today. It’s called “Hologram” and was made with Los Angeles indie electro duo Father Tiger! We have a video for this one in the works as we speak and will be premiering it in January, so stay tuned!!!
Big thanks to Greg Delson, John Russell, and Gino Mari for all of your hard work on this one. Love Love LOVE you boys!
