LOOK: New Logan Lynn Music Video “Oh, Lucifer” Coming January 20th in Protest of Donald Trump’s Inauguration (PHOTOS)

Logan Lynn OH LUCIFER (2017) Cast and Crew and Puppeteers

My new video “Oh, Lucifer” is being released THIS FRIDAY, January 20th, in protest of Donald J. Trump‘s Presidential Inauguration.  It’s the only thing I can think of to do with all of this hopelessness.

We had the pleasure of working with Portland Film Works again on this blasphemous mess and I can’t wait for you to see it! In the video I get to give Fred Phelps electro-shock therapy and save a bunch of puppet queers from him, shoot Jim Jones out into space, blow up “God Hates Fags” protest signs with my lazerbeam eyeballs, and put Donald Trump in prison. So…dreams really do come true! (at least in music videos)

Listen to the track HERE now.  It’s ADIEU‘s album ender, song 15. Pick up your copy on 150 Gram Red Double Vinyl Album, CD Digipak and Digital Download HERE.

You can check out all of the behind-the scenes photos on my Facebook page HERE, but below are a few from the lot to tide you over…

Hutch Harris of The Thermals Publishes Story About Logan Lynn’s Life and New Record This Week in the Portland Mercury

14910519_1417676984910857_5349156382852593773_n

Portland pop punk royalty Hutch Harris of The Thermals wrote a piece called “Just Visiting: A Brief History of Logan Lynn” for this week’s issue of the Portland Mercury, out tomorrow.

It’s about my troubled youth, escape from the abusive church I was raised in, and subsequent journey into wellness and peace…oh, and my new record. Thanks so much for taking such a thoughtful approach to telling this story, Hutch.

You should all know that, like me, my mom and dad have done full 180s in their own lives in the years since some of this stuff happened. We love each other and are so close these days! The two of them turning into LGBTQ activists over the past decade is one of the happiest parts of this story’s happy ending. ❤️💛💚💙💜

“Logan Lynn’s ADIEU is a victory for the broken bones and bruised hearts that support our heavy souls. Impossibly, yet beautifully, ADIEU makes no claims to anything other than a simple truth: Life is awful, until it’s not. For anyone that has ever felt disconnected, unheard, under-appreciated or unrequited, this is the album to hold tightly to your chest. A+”

– Jay Mohr (Comedian, Actor, Radio Host and Best Selling Author)

Logan Lynn’s “ADIEU” Reviewed by French Music Site Froggy’s Delight

logan-lynn-winter-fuzz-2016

France has spoken! 🙂

Read what Froggy’s Delight had to say about my new record this month HERE, or just keep reading below for the transcript…in French, of course!

From Froggy’s Delight: (December 2016)

Logan Lynn – ADIEU.

From Northwest Music Scene: (12/1/2016)

“Music fans of the Pacific Northwest, hello and welcome back to our third annual year-end daily countdown, 100 Bands in 100 Days, where every day until December 31st, we’re showcasing a new band or artist you have to know about, presented by Verity Credit Union. Follow the #100Bands100Days hashtag on Twitter to stay on top of all the bands featured and make sure to follow Verity on Twitter as well. Some days the featured act could be an established and locally-adored northwest-based musician that perhaps you haven’t been turned onto yet, and other times they could be a band with a small following that just hasn’t had their deserved time in the sun yet. Either way, we’re fairly confident you can come away from this daily segment with plenty of new favorites. We are going to back to Oregon for today’s offering Logan Lynn.

Today’s artist is a bit more popular in terms of fanbase than most of the other artists that we’ve included in the 100/100 series but Logan Lynn’s story AND his music made it Read the rest of this entry »
